National Penn Bancshares Increases Dividend to $0.10 from $0.09

National Penn Bancshares, Inc.

announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of ten cents per common share payable to shareholders of record as of November 3, 2012. The cash dividend will be paid November 16, 2012. “We are pleased to continue to increase the cash dividend paid to our shareholders,” said Scott V.
