BS Television Distribution & ComStar Media Fund Reach Settlement; Terms Confidential

CBS Television Distribution, a division of CBS Studios, Inc., on the one hand, and Interactive Television and Gaming, LP formerly known as ComStar Media Fund, LP, Interactive Television and Gaming Networks, LLC formerly known as ComStar Networks, LLC and Family Net Management, LLC and Resolute Media Atlanta, LLC f/k/a Familynet, LLC announced today that they have reached an amicable settlement of their copyright and contract litigation involving the television shows "My Three Sons," "Happy Days," "Family Ties," and "Early Edition." "I am pleased that we have been able to reach an amicable resolution to this matter," said Robert A. Schuller, Chairman of Family Net Management.
