Acacia Subsidiary Announces License and Settlement Agreement with Revere

announced today that its subsidiary Automated Facilities Management Corporation entered into a license and settlement agreement with Revere, Inc. The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
