Teekay Offshore Partners Prices 7.4M Units at $27.65

Teekay Offshore Partners L.P.

(Teekay Offshore or the Partnership) announced today that it has priced its follow-on public offering of 7,400,000 common units, representing limited partner interests, at $27.65 per unit. Teekay Offshore has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,110,000 additional common units.
