Hong Kong's Hang Seng index gained 0.15% and India's Sensex rose 0.49%.

Broker Recommendation

Analysts at Citigroup downgraded Owens-Illinois

from “buy” to “neutral.” The target price for Owens-Illinois has been lowered from $28 to $22. Owens-Illinois shares fell 0.20% to close at $19.62 yesterday.
