today announced the extension of the Early Tender Date, the Price Determination Date and the Expiration Date of the previously announced cash tender offers (each, an “Offer” and, collectively, the “Offers”) by Citigroup and its wholly-owned subsidiary Associates First Capital Corporation (“Associates”).
