Marten Transport Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.025

Marten Transport, Ltd.

announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of two and one half cents ($0.025) per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 24, 2012.
