Record Date Amended for Booz Allen Special Dividend

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation

announced on August 1, 2012 that its Board of Directors had authorized and declared a regular cash dividend in the amount of $0.09 per share and a special cash dividend in the amount of $6.50 per share, both payable on August 31, 2012. The record date for the regular cash dividend remains August 14, 2012 as previously announced. The Company is changing the record date for its previously announced special cash dividend from August 13, 2012 to August 15, 2012.
