Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc.

announced yesterday that it has priced the public offering of 5.4 million shares of its 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, liquidation preference $25.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $135 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 810,000 shares of the Series A Preferred Stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on July 26, 2012.
