JM Smucker Boosts Dividend from $0.48 to $0.52

The J. M. Smucker Company

today announced that the Board of Directors has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.48 to $0.52 per common share, an increase of approximately eight percent.  The dividend will be paid on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, August 10, 2012.
