ConocoPhillips Boosts Board to 10 Members, Adds Freeman to Board

The board of directors of ConocoPhillips

has elected Ms. Jody Freeman as a new outside director. The election of Professor Freeman increases the total number of ConocoPhillips directors to 10, of which nine are outside directors. She will serve on the Public Policy Committee of the ConocoPhillips board.
