Bayer CropScience To Acquire AgraQuest

reported that its pesticides arm CropScience will buy US-based biological company AgraQuest for $425 million plus milestone payments. AgraQuest's revenue came in at $40 million last year. Bayer shares gained 1.65% to close at $73.41 on Tuesday.
