Dynasil Corporation of America
DYSL today announced that Steven K.
Ruggieri will resign as Chief Executive Officer and President and as a member
of the Board of Directors effective July 6, 2012. Dynasil Chairman Peter
Sulick will serve as the Company's Interim Chief Executive Officer and
President until a replacement is named by the Board.
