announced today its quarterly distribution of $0.41 per share for the quarter ended May 31, 2012. This distribution represents an increase of 5.1% from the prior quarter's distribution of $0.39 per share and an increase of 4.9% from the distribution for the quarter ended May 31, 2011. The Company also announced today its unaudited net asset value (NAV) of $235 million or $22.68 per share as of May 31, 2012.
