Cubic Energy Receives Court Order Confirming Arbitration Award

announces that it received a ruling from the District Court in Dallas County, Texas Confirming the Arbitration Award previously announced on March 21, 2012, with respect to the dispute with EXCO Operating Company, LP and BG US Production Company LLC as to drilling credits pertaining to the Company's Northwest Louisiana acreage. This Arbitration is subject to a Confidentiality Order, but the Arbitration Award is now public.
