NGP Capital Increases Dividend to $0.13 from $0.12

today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend to stockholders in the amount of $0.13 per common share.  The expected dividend payment date is July 9, 2012 to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012.
