Bard Increases Quarterly Dividend by 5% to $0.20

The Board of Directors of C. R. Bard, Inc.

today increased the quarterly dividend on Bard's common stock by 5 percent, to 20 cents per share. The dividend is payable on August 3, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 23, 2012.
