GE's Board Has Elected Marijn E. Dekkers, Chairman, Bayer, AG

The Board of Directors of General Electric Company

has elected Marijn E. Dekkers, chairman of the board of management of Bayer, AG, as a GE director. He was elected by the GE Board at its meeting on June 8, 2012. “Marijn Dekkers returns to GE with a keen global perspective sharpened by deep experience in science and business in the US and around the world,” said GE Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt. “As GE continues its focus on advanced technology and global growth, his insights will be invaluable.
