, parent company to Union Center National Bank, ("UCNB"), of Union, New Jersey, announced today that at its Board meeting dated May 24, 2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.055 per share. This represents an increase of $0.025 or 83.37% to the dividend.
