SXC Health Solutions Announces Public Offering of 4.3M Common Shares

SXC Health Solutions Corp.

announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,340,000 of its common shares. In connection with the offering, SXC will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 651,000 of its common shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
