FactSet Research Systems Raises Dividend by 15% to $0.31

FactSet Research Systems Inc.

today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 15% increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.27 per share to $0.31 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on June 19, 2012 to holders of record of FactSet's common stock on May 31, 2012. FactSet's Board of Directors has also approved a $200 million expansion to the existing share repurchase program. As of February 29, 2012, $83 million remained authorized for future repurchase.
