Ulta Beauty Announces 7M Share Secondary Common Stock Offering by Selling Stockholders

today announced an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain entities associated with Mousse Partners. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares from one of the selling stockholders. Ulta will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
