Regal Beloit Increases Dividend by $0.01 to $0.19

, announced that the Board of Directors, at its regular quarterly meeting held on April 30, 2012, declared a dividend of $.19 per share, a $.01 increase from the previous dividend. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2012. This represents the 208th consecutive dividend declared by the Company.
