Teekay Offshore Partners Announces 2.5% Increase to Cash Distribution

Teekay Offshore GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay Offshore Partners L.P.

, has declared a cash distribution of $0.5125 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, an increase of $0.0125 per unit, or 2.5 percent, from the previous quarter. The cash distribution is payable on May 14, 2012 to all unitholders of record on April 23, 2012.
