Duckwall-ALCO March Same Store Sales uo 2.3%

Duckwall-ALCO Stores, Inc.

today announced that sales from continuing operations increased 4.0% to $45.0 million for the fiscal five-week period ended April 1, 2012, compared to $43.3 million during the same period of the prior year. On a same-store basis, excluding fuel, sales increased 2.3% from a year earlier.
