Halma Acquires 2 Firms

UK's Halma PLC

reported that it has acquired two firms for $57.5 million. Halma acquired the trade and assets of Sensorex Inc and bought Accutome Inc for $57.5 million. Halma bought Sensorex for $37.5 million. It acquired Accutome Inc for $20 million.
