Misonix Announces New Distribution Agreement for Malaysia and Singapore

Misonix, Inc.

has entered into a new, three year, exclusive distribution agreement with Humedical Pte. Ltd. for the distribution of the SonaStar® Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator and the BoneScalpel™ Ultrasonic Bone Cutter. The agreement provides Humedical with the rights to sell in both Malaysia and the Republic of Singapore. Included in the agreement are annual minimum purchase requirements. Government registration and product training are complete and open market sales have commenced.
