Tyler Technologies Signs Appraisal Contracts in Connecticut

Tyler Technologies, Inc.

has signed agreements with the town of Farmington, Conn., and city of Hartford, Conn., to provide real property appraisal services for municipal revaluations. The contracts for Tyler's CLT Appraisal Services include establishing property values for all real property and land parcels, as well as other related services. The successful short-term Hartford revaluation was recently completed, and the Farmington project is scheduled to finish in January 2013.
