Myers Industries Increases Quarterly Dividend by 14%

On Friday, March 2, 2012, the Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc.

declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share payable April 2, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2012. The board believes that it is important to continue to increase a return to shareholders through the Company's dividend.
