Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend by 2.2%

has announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a first quarter 2012 cash dividend of $0.47 per share. The dividend represents an increase of 2.2% over the first quarter 2011 dividend and an increase of $0.01 over the previous dividend paid during the fourth quarter 2011.
