Innophos Holdings Raises Dividend 8% to $0.27 Per Share

today confirmed the details of the recently announced first quarter dividend of $0.27 per share of common stock declared by its Board of Directors. The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2012 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 16, 2012. Innophos Holdings, Inc. also announced that its annual meeting of stockholders will take place on Friday, May 18, 2012 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Jamesburg, New Jersey. The record date for the stockholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been fixed as the close of business on April 9, 2012.
