Cimarex Energy Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.12 from $0.10/Share

announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend on its common stock of 12 cents-per-share. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2012 to stockholders of record on May 15, 2012. The quarterly dividend was increased from 10 cents-per-share.
