Shares of Delcath Systems Inc (NASDAQ: DCTH) dipped 11.85% on Friday after the company announced its plans to sell shares worth as much as $40 million to Cowen & Co. DCTH shares closed at $3.05 on Friday.
Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE: VZ) dropped its plan to charge a $2 “convenience fee” on some bill payments. VZ shares rose 0.17% to close at $40.12 on Friday.
Noah Education Holdings Ltd (NYSE: NED) announced the resignation of its Chief Executive Jerry He for personal reasons effective Sunday. NED shares gained 5.39% to close at $2.15 on Friday.
Shares of MoSys Inc (NASDAQ: MOSY) jumped 41.41% on Friday after Invensas Corp, subsidiary of Tessera Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: TSRA), bought 43 United States and 30 foreign memory technology patents from MoSys for $35 million in cash. MOSY shares closed at $4.20 on Friday.
