Ingersoll-Rand Lifts Dividend By 33%

lifted its quarterly dividend by 33%. Ingersoll-Rand's Board of Directors declared dividend of $0.16 per share, and an annual dividend rate of $0.64 per share, versus $0.48 per share. Ingersoll-Rand shares gained 2.76% to close at $33.18 on Friday.
