Clearwire to Offer $300M Class A Stock

today announced that it plans to offer $300.0 million of its Class A Common Stock in a registered public offering. Clearwire also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $45.0 million of its Class A Common Stock.
