Quicksilver Resources Prices Public Offering for Units of BreitBurn Energy Partners at $16.52

Quicksilver Resources Inc.

announced today that it has priced its public offering of 6,967,844 units of BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P.

. Quicksilver has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,045,177 additional units from Quicksilver to cover over allotments. The units were offered to the public at a price of $16.52 per unit. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 5, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
