NASDAQ Suspends CDC Corporation

announced that CDC Corporation (

), which has been subject to a trading halt since October 6, 2011, will be suspended from the NASDAQ Stock Market effective October 28, 2011. As a result of the suspension, CDC Corporation may be eligible to resume trading in the over-the-counter market. A final determination on the Company's listing will be made after a Panel hearing and decision.
