Jamba and Bare Fruit Announce Licensing Agreement

Jamba, Inc.

and Bare Fruit LLC, today announced an exclusive licensing agreement to develop and launch a new line of Jamba-branded, all-natural, bake-dried, 100% fruit chips. The two companies will create a line of great-tasting dried fruit chips that can be eaten as convenient snacks. The new products are expected to launch in grocery, convenience, and other retail outlets by the end of December 2011.
