NGL Energy Partners LP Announces Agreement with SemStream L.P. to Expand Midstream Business Segment

NGL Energy Partners LP

announced today that it has signed an agreement with SemStream L.P., a subsidiary of SemGroup Corporation

, whereby SemStream will contribute substantially all of its natural gas liquids business and assets to NGL for common units and cash. In addition, SemStream will acquire an interest in the general partner of NGL. SemStream will have the right to appoint two members to the board of directors of the general partner.
