announced today that Actus Interactive Software Inc. ("ACTUS"), its proposed wholly owned subsidiary, has recently entered into a non-exclusive sales and distribution agreement with Business Intelligence Media Inc. ("BIM"). This relationship allows BIM to pursue business opportunities for the Digital Display and Interactive Kiosk Solutions offered by ACTUS.
