Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to U.S. Index

S&P will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 index: GT Advanced Technologies

will replace Radiant Systems

in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, August 24. S&P MidCap 400 constituent NCR

is acquiring Radiant Systems in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date. Virtusa

will replace SFN Group

in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Monday, August 29. Randstad North America is acquiring SFN Group in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final approvals.
