Northrim BanCorp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend To $0.13 Per Share

Northrim BanCorp, Inc.

today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on its common stock, which is an 8.3% increase from the $.12 per share quarterly dividend that was paid to shareholders in the second quarter of this year. The dividend will be paid September 16, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business September 8, 2011. Northrim has paid a regular quarterly cash dividend since 1995, and has a current annualized dividend yield of 2.7%.
