Badger Meter Increases Dividend by 14.3%

Badger Meter, Inc.

today announced a 14.3% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to 16 cents per share from 14 cents per share. The increased dividend is payable September 15, 2011, to shareholders of record August 31, 2011. The new annual dividend rate for the common stock is 64 cents per share.
