Corporate Universe (COUV) announced the acquisition of Carrier Alliance Group. The company management changed the business model to one that currently appears better suited for the company and its shareholder base. Carrier Alliance Group is a leading broker of Voice & Data communications solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses. Carrier Alliance Group has been in business for 6 years with billings in excess of $5 million US and is a profitable operation. The business model will be to grow the company through a series of identified acquisitions to attain critical mass and cost savings. The company will be setting up an investor relations section on the company website. Mr. Christopher Panzeca will assume the CEO position of COUV. The company will be changing its name to Carrier Alliance Group Inc. and will apply for a new trading symbol. The company intention is to immediately update all information and financials for the public, and achieve top tier listing on the Pink Sheets. With this acquisition, Corporate Universe will divest Manhattan Transfer Registrar Company. Manhattan Transfer will become a privately held company.
