Unum Group declares quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share of its common stock

Effective July 15, 2011, the Unum Group

Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on its common stock to be paid on Aug. 19, 2011, to stockholders of record on July 29, 2011.
