Northwest Bancshares Announces Increased Dividend Declaration to $0.11/Share; Up 10% (NWBI)

announced that its Board of Directors declared a 10% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.11 per share payable on May 19, 2011, to shareholders of record as of May 5, 2011. This represents the 66th consecutive quarter in which the Company has paid a cash dividend and is the first increase in the dividend since June 30, 2007.
