Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Preferred Stock

Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc.

announced today that it intends to issue 3,000,000 shares of its Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 Series D Preferred Shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to price no later than Friday, April 1, 2011.
