Quaker Chemical Reports Q4 EPS of $0.69 vs. $0.60

Quaker Chemical Corporation

today announced net sales of $142.1 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.59 for the fourth quarter of 2010, compared to net sales of $131.7 and earnings per diluted share of $0.71 for the fourth quarter of 2009. Included in the fourth quarter results were a $0.05 per diluted share charge related to a non-income tax contingency and a $0.05 per diluted share charge related to an out-of-period charge at one of the Company's affiliates.
