Taiwan Stocks Hit 52-Week High

Along with stock markets throughout the Asian region, the stock market of Taiwan saw overall stock prices rising during Monday trading. The Taiwan Capitalization Weighted Stock Index, or the TSEC weighted index, opened the Monday trading session in Taiwan at 9,039.63, which was higher than the previous trading day's close of 8,972.50. The TSEC weighted index spent the entire Monday trading session in positive territory, ending the day up 52.80 points, or 0.59%, at 9,025.30. The TSEC weighted index traded between 8,994.50 and a 52-week high of 9,041.32. Investors who would like to invest in Taiwanese equities might want to consider the iShares MSCI Taiwan Index Fund
