is down big today, losing more than 3%, but there appears to be no news on the stock. This is a very common occurrence for IOC, which is subject to wild swings. Earlier Benzinga reported that there was some chatter on Wall Street that IOC was in talks to be taken over at a substantially higher price, around $110 per share, but it appears those reports have been refuted by Wall Street, at least for now.
